Rain Bird expands GSV valve sequence line

Rain Bird has added a brand new IC model to its Golf Solenoid Valve Series product line. This new model supplies the various advantages of GSV Series Valves to courses currently utilizing the Rain Bird IC System, which connects irrigation central management immediately to each rotor and valve for optimal water and power effectivity.
“In today’s highly aggressive environment, golf programs can’t afford the expense, labor and downtime that valve failures may cause,” said Altan Tolan, product supervisor for Rain Bird Golf. “By adding this new IC mannequin to our GSV Series, we’re able to give courses that have upgraded to our IC System optimum valve reliability, performance and peace of thoughts.”
Originally launched in December 2021, GSV Series Valves are an answer for golf programs in lightning-prone regions, those who use reclaimed water and people who need pressure regulation. In addition to the new IC mannequin, the GSV Series consists of three plastic fashions and one red brass model, each with NPT or BSP thread options. All GSV Series Valves function a pre-installed PRS-DIAL that regulates and maintains fixed outlet strain between 15 and one hundred psi whereas reducing the results of water hammer. A waterproof dial cartridge eliminates fogging and binding.
A chlorine-resistant diaphragm protects GSV Series Valves towards harsh chemical compounds and reclaimed water. On plastic fashions, a scrubber mechanism with a stainless-steel screen dislodges grit and plant material, defending the valve from particles. Built-in filtration on the GBS25 solenoid provides a second level of debris safety. Plastic and brass fashions come with an additional purple flow-control deal with cowl for use with non-potable water.
“Over the past year, we’ve gotten nice feedback from golf programs now using GSV Valves,” Tolan said. เพชเชอร์เกจ Expanding this line to include an IC model is one other instance of how Rain Bird Golf is bringing revolutionary, water-saving products to much more golf programs worldwide.”
